If your process can’t tolerate any outgassing, no shedding of particles, and absolutely no film building up on surfaces, the lamp has to be designed right down to the glass itself.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;h2 id=&#34;power-voltage-and-shapewhy-it-all-matters&#34;&gt;Power, Voltage, and Shape—Why It All Matters&lt;/h2&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;At the heart of this lamp is a &lt;a href=&#34;https://henruite.com&#34;&gt;shortwave&lt;/a&gt; infrared emitter wrapped in high-purity quartz. We run it at 400V instead of 230V because higher voltage drops the current for the same wattage. And lower current means less energy lost to resistance in the terminals, and less voltage drop over long wire runs—handy when you’re wiring up whole banks of lamps across a production line.&#xA;The 300mm tube length isn’t random. It focuses the radiant heat into a tight zone, giving you serious watt density per square inch without forcing you to redesign the whole machine footprint. At 2500W, it’s got enough punch to respond fast. That’s a good thing, but it also means your machine’s cooling and airflow need to be up to the task, so components stay within spec.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
