What’s Inside Matters
We run a halogen-filled quartz tube because it stays stable at high temps and warms up quickly. The halogen cycle helps keep the element from blackening over time, so output stays steady—no surprises when you need consistency. We also apply a specialized coating on the quartz to manage thermal stress and keep contaminants from hurting performance. It’s the kind of detail you don’t notice until something would have failed. And connectors? In the field, they matter more than people think. We use R7s and Sk15 terminals because they’re built for high temperature and hold their grip.
